What if the shoes do not fit/are unsuitable?
We are happy to offer a refund on shoes that are not suitable as long as the shoes have not been worn. |

When will my Order arrive?
If the order is in stock then you will receive the order the next day before 1pm if you order before 3.30pm the day before. If the order we don't keep in stock then it is made to order and can take up to 14 working days, if there should be any further delays then you will be contacted by a member of our team. |

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All products are despatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door. |

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, Royal Mail require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience. |

What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you. |

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes you can although we will not send any goods until payent is cleared |

If I need to return shoes what is the maximum time I can send them back by?
All returns for shoes that are unsuitable must be returned within 7 days from the date that they were received for a full refund/exchange.
If the shoes are returned after this it is then a exchange will be offered up to 14 days.
Anything received after 14 days will not be refunded or exchanged. |
